DEMAND FOR RECONSIDERATION DUE TO FAILURE TO PROPERLY CONSIDER OR OTHERWISE RENDER JUDGEMENT BASED UPON THE FACTS AVAILABLE
Comes the People through counsel to submit demand for reconsideration of supposed ORDER issued on the 27th day of the fourth month of 2005 by one Walter Herbert Rice, claimed as District Judge.
The judge claims on page 1 of ORDER that "noting that no objections have been filed thereto" which is not based upon the facts nor the occurrences of this matter.
Not only were objections filed, but documents which exposed the unlawful activities occurring in the court and circuit, by named and listed defendant parties, were submitted as well.
In stark contrast to the supposed and stated activities within the ORDER, these documents were, at first filed, then VOIDED by some unknown party from court records, in direct violation of Rules, code and otherwise. Moreover, the defendant magistrate Ovington issued these ORDERS while a named and listed defendant to the matter.

Perhaps it is time for those involved in this unlawful activity in America, to realize that this IS the "information age" and no matter how much they attempt to cover-up their unlawful, illegal, and criminal activities, the People of this nation, and the world will be advised.
WHEREFORE, due to the fact that the ORDER is issued without factual basis, and is fraudulent on its face, the matter will be reconsidered, the Special Grand Jury erected to receive the Peoples' materials for the possible indictments against this syndicated racketeering and other organized crimes occurring within this nation.
