02/09/05 defendant Sharon L. Ovington issued REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS in UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT in supposed USDC action 3:04MC020.

In this document of official record, she recommends dismissal of Demand for Certification of Questions for impressions to The Supreme Court of The United States of America , and Demand for Creation of Special Grand Jury to: receive People's exhibits and evidence; investigate; issue indictments; and, if necessary, issue Reports, concerning criminal activity in America. This matter recommended for dismissal also addresses the Ohio and national elections.

Upon receiving this supposed lawfully issued material, counsel created and/or finished the submissions for district court of The United States of America as Objections, and The Supreme Court of The United States of America as Demand for Writ of Certiorari and/or Original Action.

In these documents the People set forth the factual evidence of the active participation of USDC; UNITED STATES; STATE OF OHIO; 6th Circuit; agents, officers, and other, in openly apparent criminal conspiracy to cover-up their syndicated racketeering and other organized criminal activities throughout this nation.

People's exhibits were presented in one document as PL-1 thru PL-19 consisting of 137 pages. Regretfully, conversion of that collection of exhibits to html created a 3.3 meg web page with 137 gif images, therefore understand these are (as is most of this site) large pages. Exhibit PL 18, contains PL-17 Please refer to the other DCUSA submissions on this site including the PDFs, which list 1P-32P within them, as they are PL-1 thru PL-16, and the below REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS which is PL-19

Here are the web versions (note: conversion to html changes the format and other of the actual documents)

PL-19 defendant Ovington REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS filed 02/09/05 in USDC in attempt to cover-up syndicated racketeering and other organized criminal activities by USDC, 6th Circuit, STATE OF OHIO and others.
