Copy of Defendant Ovington's REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS1 filed 02/09/2005

On 02/09/2005 magistrate Sharon L. Ovington, a listed and named defendant in the Peoples' case before the southern district of Ohio case 03-mc-020 [as so assigned by Chief magistrate Merz], issues her Report and Recommendations for dismissal of the Peoples' Demand for creation of Special Investigative Grand Jury, to review apparent syndicated racketeering and other organized criminal activity in Ohio and the 6th Circuit. This matter would also have entailed the investigation into apparent election fraud, political gerrymandering, cover-up of criminal activities by Ohio governor, Ethics Commission, Inspector General, and the Sixth Circuit.

The supposed Civil Rule 72(b) which defendant Ovington now claims may be used to submit objections, having knowingly failed to previously comply with ANY Rules, Codes, and other of which she is intimately aware, as it is only through those which she may proceed.
