Ovington, a listed and named defendant in the Peoples' case before the southern district of Ohio case 03-mc-020 [as so assigned by Chief magistrate Merz], issues her Report and Recommendations for dismissal of the Peoples' Demand for creation of Special Investigative Grand Jury, to review apparent syndicated racketeering and other organized criminal activity in Ohio and the 6th Circuit. This matter would also have entailed the investigation into apparent election fraud, political gerrymandering, cover-up of criminal activities by Ohio governor, Ethics Commission, Inspector General, and the Sixth Circuit.
