The People, through counsel, submit their response to the apparent syndicate criminal activity occurring on 01/27/05, within USDC, as it attempts to cover-up organized criminal activity in these united states of America, by active and open complicity and conspiracy with others in America.
On 01/27/05 the clerk of court filed the Peoples' response to supposed ORDER filed on 01/19/05 by a UNITED STATES magistrate in a matter of which USDC and its agents, officers or otherwise, neither has nor had jurisdiction or authority to obstruct or otherwise interfere in the Peoples' matter in their district court.
Lawfully filed; the response by the People, submitted to DCUS concerning this criminal activity, was stricken and or voided from records by an unknown agent of USDC acting in defiance of and in collusion with others which have apparently conspired to commit organized racketeering and other criminal activities against the American People via USDC, UNITED STATES, 6TH CIRCUIT, STATE OF OHIO and other corporate entities fraudulently representing themselves as governments, and/or agencies, and/or agents, and/or officers or offices of the state and national governments, within this nation.
Therefore, the People, through counsel, again submit response, and copy of those materials, to be used as additional evidence of this organized criminal activity, to this district court of The United States of America and/or circuit court of The United States of America; and, The Supreme Court of The United States of America, so these parties might be found and brought to justice in America for their criminal racketeering and other organized criminal activities which appear to include numerous heinous criminal activities, and treasonable activity.
Such materials to be directed to the Special Grand Jury for review of the materials and others, whereby, it may submit such reports, indictments, and other, as is found necessary and or required.
The People submit this additional material for consideration by the Grand Jury in its review of this racketeering and other organized criminal activity perpetrated by these conspirators.
