Nice try Denise. What you are apparently trying to collect for, some supposed APPEAL, is not a fee or cost which you may collect. WHEN YOU and the court are engaged in fraud and other criminal activities, you can not collect costs, fees, or payments for actions or activities or proceedings which did not occur lawfully or legally.
MOREOVER, the appellate supposedly dismissed the action or refused the action for want of prosecution eg. the action/appeal did not occur due to a supposed failure to pay, hence the courts did nothing for which costs, fees, or payments, may be assessed or awarded.
FURTHERMORE, since I had contacted you (see attached document) concerning payment scheduling, yet you failed to properly set-up any such activities, and you AS AN AGENT OF THE COURT and the court ARE ENGAGED IN FRAUD, an illegal and unlawful activity, no court OR AGENCY or business or anything or anyone else, may even entertain any action which you might attempt.
Unless, of course, you use your own court, which is already a participant in such unlawful and illegal activities, which would be a further act, of criminal nature and stature, perhaps extortion, in direct violation of law and legal standing FOR YOU AND THE COURT AND OFFICERS AND/OR JUDGE that participates in furthering unlawful, illegal, and criminal actions and or acts (see accessory, conspiracy, and like).
So, having properly exposed and advised you of your CONTINUED unlawful and illegal actions and activities, you, personally, now stand bared before the law. Good luck.
