On 11/09/00 I received another piece of junk mail from a supposed Geauga County Agency/Department. In response to this continued unlawful activity within The United States of America, being perpetrated upon one of the people I supply this response, to wit:
1. No one in America can be held to or by judgements procured by, containing, or otherwise including fraud and or other unlawful activity. No supposed judgements, orders or an other activity holds worth or bearing in Law or otherwise, which is tainted by this criminal activity. They are void, nullities, ab initio.
There is no order or judgement or ruling or anything else within this state which has not been corrupted by fraud in it's many forms. Therefore, you have no lawful authority to proceed anywhere in the state and in these United States of America because, by United States of America Supreme Court rulings, they don't exist, and you have no jurisdiction.
You are, therefore, invited, should you so chose to do so, to address your ability to proceed under unlawfully obtained and fraudulent judgements, rulings and orders, which don't lawfully exist. But of course, that must be addressed to The Supreme Court of The United States of America. No Court within this State may overrule this fundamental principle of Law and American justice. And the Courts and Agencies and others in this State certainly have no authority to proceed pursuant to any judgements, rulings, orders or otherwise, because they don't exist in Law or anywhere else, save for the prosecution of the parties involved in this fraudulent and criminal activity, as evidence thereof.
2. Your supposed request for information in this junk mail fails in another aspect. You personally, and as an agency of government, are required to comply with United States Law concerning requests for information.
You and your agency have failed to comply. Therefore, this also does not exist, since it is a fraudulent request. Again, it has no worth or value. You may, at your option, wish to challenge such as you do have the option to take United States to court, that court being a District Court of The United States (which is not not United States District Court) with proper jurisdiction. A state Court has no authority to address this particular issue. TAKE DUE NOTICE: Please advise me of what the case number is when or should you do so, as I wish to submit a Brief in amicus curia concerning the issue in regards to the unlawful activity within the State, and in regards to it's criminal behavior, on behalf of the People.
So, my advisement to you is to correct your unlawful activity regarding your requests for information and your open harassment of individuals. At present you have no lawful standing before any lawful Court or Agency or Department or otherwise, in these United States of America.
One more thing, which as one of the people, I must address to you personally, since I have advised you properly of your responsibilities, duties, fraud, and otherwise, and that is:
The Supreme Court of The United States of America has issued statements concerning any further activity which you might attempt. You can be found as accomplice, in complicity, or otherwise, since I have properly and lawfully advised you of unlawful activity and criminal behavior. I would truly hate to bring another corrupted party of Geauga County, in their personal and professional capacity, to the attention of the Authorities and to the attention of the People.
Of course, in my responsibility to the people in general, I have had to notify the Geauga County Prosecutor's Office and the Sheriff of the County to prepare them for any further criminal behavior by you or your agency/department, by sending them a copy of this letter, so they may take proper action against you should it be required, as is their duty and responsibility by LAW.
