04/29/02 Letter to Geauga County Sheriff and Investigative divisionYet another letter to the Geauga County, Chardon, Ohio Sheriff and the investigative division After 11 years of contacts with the Geauga County Sheriff's office in Chardon, Ohio, and having been unlawfully arrested numerous times, Maurice still tries to compell the office to supply it's function to the people and the state. To the Sheriff and Investigative Division: RE: Additional Materials From: Maurice Edward, Brahier 2871 US 35 East West Alexandria, Ohio state Enclosed you will find an additional document for your use and mine. Please keep an original with the other documents you received so that I will have these available should or when you actually arrest me. You will note, that this includes your official authorization to investigate via complaint filed by one of the People on their behalf and mine and my children. Good luck, you will need it, since you have been deliberately handicapped by certain parties, as you will or may have already discovered. I do remind you, that your office of Sheriff is one of the only constitutionally authorized enforcement and investigative agencies in the State under original Constitutional mandate. Most others are legislated entities, hence merely legal, not necessarily lawful. signature block removed Confidential Page 1 04/29/02 To the Sheriff and Investigative Division 2.doc |
