Modification and or correction of Certification of
Delivery
Maurice Edward, Brahier hereby modifies and or corrects and or
clarifies the Certification of Delivery contained within and or
pertaining to the documents of 10-31-00, to wit:
Having gone to the USPS and found that the cost for Delivery
Confirmation to the parties so stated upon the original
Certification would preclude his delivery of such to the parties,
he has, therefore, sent the documents via regular USPS with no
delivery confirmation; save confirmation (0300 6000 0003 0993
5569) to this Court. He also includes (additional party to which
such was sent): Geauga County Sheriff.
Since this does not effect or affect proper Service of
Process, and or any validity, and or Rights, or otherwise, and
does not bring failure of process and or service thereof; and has
been properly brought to the attention of the Clerk and Court;
therefore, the record and or documents shall reflect this
modification and or correction of Certification of Delivery upon
the parties.
Properly executed this 2nd day of the 11th month of the 2000th year, Anno Domini. The records have, hereby, been duly modified and or corrected.
