10-30-2000 Ohio Supreme Court docketing statement

The Complaint and or Appeal upon which this attached will be placed upon the official records of this Court. The matters thereon will gain the immediate attention of the full Court. This document will also be a part of the record.

There will be no dismissal, or refusal allowed in this matter.

The matters have already been brought to the attention of The Supreme Court of The United States of America, though this Court has possible first jurisdiction of the issues.

A refusal or failure, will bring this Court and its members under original Complaint before that Court under suspicion of complicity, and or active participation in organized crime and other issues.

The matters will be attended to poste haste; without cost, obligation or otherwise against the filer. STATE OF OHIO will provide any and all costs, fees, and otherwise for the prosecution(s).

The requested independent special investigation will have no members, past or present, of the legal profession within it. It will not contain present or former members of any Offices of Government in any of its capacities. It will be ensured that these parties performing this investigation will be free from artificial influence, tampering, stacking, or otherwise unlawful practices. The members will have full authority: to bring requests for indictment and or prosecution; to issue requests to all Agencies, Offices, Divisions and other, and to enforcement agencies of the State and Federal Government, for materials, reports, investigation, and other, such as protection; under powers which they normally and or specially and or under emergency wield; and, to issue requests for and receive without fail, the records and otherwise, which they deem necessary for complete and full investigation. The investigations may be expanded throughout the State if found necessary.

This Court will issue any and all necessary orders for subpoenas, records, information, and otherwise, if so required by Law and or Constitution and necessary to ensure complete and full investigation and prosecution. This Court will ensure that any requested materials pertaining to this investigation be supplied, without fail, sale, delay, or denial.

Should the Clerk fail to inform the Court and properly file this Complaint, he may be prosecuted in his professional and or personal capacity.

The Court will inform the public (and Maurice Edward) that a special investigation is being performed; advise the People where and or how to contact this investigation; ensure that any parties wishing to contact and or appear and or participate before and or in this investigation will be protected from harassment, coercion, undue harm, duress, or otherwise.

The Grand Jury shall consist of the same type and style of members as declared for the special investigation. They will have full authority to bring Bills, Contempt, and otherwise, as is wielded by (special) Grand Juries.

All Cases will be brought as (since STATE OF OHIO may be a defendant/respondent):

The People of The State of Ohio

Against

(the defendants/respondents)

Moreover, all cases brought forth (beyond this original Complaint and requests), will follow the Constitutionally stated method of procedure.

The members performing these (special) investigations and prosecutions will be supplied with funds and or cost necessary to ensure complete investigation and prosecution. They will be supplied with a secure building or Office(s) in which to hold and provide their functions. It would appear that the Offices of the Disciplinary Counsel of this Court would be available, as they appear to serve no real function. In fact their records might be found useful to the investigative members and or the Grand Jury.

They may exchange materials deemed necessary between them. Both will be comprised of at least twelve members. A list of replacements will be formed in case of necessity. Members may be replaced from the list if the other members find them free of corruption, influence and they comply with the original requirements.

The members will be justly compensated for their time and necessary expenses (travel, food, etc.) by the State.

The parties, Agencies, and others found, may be brought under both civil and criminal prosecutions and penalties. There will be no immunity claimed, though it might be granted to individuals by the special Grand Jury, or special investigative members after agreement thereof, following the practice of visible vote therein (majority). Records will be kept of all hearings, meetings, investigations and proceedings. All materials gathered and produced will become public property and properly indexed and archived, and made available to the people after completion of the investigation(s) and prosecution(s).
