You and your de-facto corporate entity have been advised via public record and proper Notifications:You and your agent provocateurs and others of the puppet government- STATE OF OHIO, have neither lawful authority nor judgments within your corporation of de-facto STATE OF OHIO, lawfully obtained.
NOTICE:
As per Supreme Court of The United States of America: rulings: judgments, Orders, Laws and other: procured by, produced under, otherwise containing fraud in any of its many forms have no basis in law; confer no jurisdiction; provide no authority to proceed; and provide no immunity from prosecution for those involved in the fraud, thereby no party against which they are directed may be held by them or to them "as they are void, from the beginning, as if they never existed".Such is the matter of the fraudulent 91DC792 OH{280} and all of your supposed activities pursuant thereto and thereunder. NOTICE: You will, of course, advise me specifically when this occurs so that I may bring materials and witnesses before the jury concerning the organized criminal activities of various agent provocateurs and other members of STATE OF OHIO, as you openly and deliberately work in direct defiance of lawfulness, justice, and the Constitutions - the Supreme Laws.

Any further contact by any of the agent provocateurs of your AGENCY and or de-facto STATE OF OHIO and it's minions, will be deemed as further attempts to coerce one of the People of The United States of America into active participation in ORGANIZED CRIME, and or treason against The United States of America and Ohio state, and or other crimes by these continuing "in terrorem" tactics.ADVISEMENT:
Perhaps you continue under the impression that the activities under the present Martial Law (Marshall Plan) allow you to proceed under (quasi) military authority. You should review The Supreme Court of The United States of America rulings concerning such before you continue, and Rules of Military Court.Alternatively, perhaps you mistakenly believe that Congress has somehow authorized the partial or complete removal of Law and justice from American soils. I would suggest you review the high Court's rulings concerning such non-existent authority and review the Constitutions, which deny that authority and ability even IN a time of War.
Or perhaps you may believe that ALL of the people have been defrauded with the immense propaganda to which the people are presently being subjected. A jury would and is the only recourse to establish this factor under that "ancient mode of jury trial".
For further reference, you may obtain a copy of Volume I of Expose` / Memorandum within the public records in Geauga County and other public records there, and in the Governor's Office, other AGENCIES, and in the COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY and other public records. Volume II may be found in various locations, as now, may Volume III.
I specifically advise you to cease your criminal behavior Against the Peace and Dignity of the People.
