Notice: The Court, Clerk, instigator parties, and judge and or magistrate will take due and proper Notice of the informations/evidence hereto attached, concerning proper service/delivery upon the instigators, magistrate, Court, and or other parties to whom these were directed.
Notice: On the fourteenth day of October of 1999, proper and Lawful Service of process or delivery was effected by Maurice Edward, Brahier, upon: Geauga County Prosecutors Office through the Agent secretary/reception desk; Thomas J. Mullen, through his secretary or Agent; Joanne Mihilacki (personally), via hand delivery. Gail Susan, (Davis) Brahier was effected delivery/service via Priority Mail of the U.S.P.S. messenger service.
Notice: The Clerk of Court will now properly file these Notices, and the documents listed above and sent with this Notice, as is required by Law. The MAGISTRATE ORDER can not exceed authority or the Constitutions to which an Oath has been sworn under threat of Perjury and other prosecution. The Magistrate believes he may adjudicated issues without answering jurisdictional questions and other, in direct violation of the Constitutions.
Notice: The instigator parties, and Gail Susan, (Davis) Brahier, will be sent copies of this Notice with attachments on the same day this is sent, to this Court of Records. I need not re-supply these parties with the original documents as they or their Agents have received or been properly served with such. They will take Notice of these presents.
Notice: Prior Notice has been directed towards these parties and or instigators of intent to submit matters/issues to the Peoples Grand Juries as is proper and Lawful. They are, hereby, reminded of this intent concerning their previous and continued unlawful and or unconstitutional activities.
Notice: Proper Court/judicial Notice shall be placed that as of this date no supposed party in opposition and the judge/magistrate has properly filed responsive answers to the questions/interrogatories which were directed to them, as required under Maurice Edward, Brahier's Constitutional Protections and Rights. They are presently in violation of the Law and Constitutions.
Notice: Due and proper Notice will be taken that the Supreme Court of The United States has warned judges/magistrates that they have taken Oath to the People and the Constitutions. And without a clear and proper showing of jurisdiction, proceedings under Constitutions, and in absence of any part or other, they may be prosecuted both criminally as well as civilly.
They have indicated "Justice must have the appearance of justice."
So it be, by public post, within the Constitutional Court of Geauga County in Ohio state, of Record, and sent on, this twenty fifth (25th).day of the tenth (10th) month of the Nineteen-hundredth and Ninety-ninth (1999), Anno Domini.
