In the Constitutional Court of Common Pleas of Geauga County in Ohio StateIN RE: supposed lawful action of 91-DC-000792 - Certification of Mailing/Delivery modification of Demand sent 02-08-2000 NOTICE OF MODIFICATIONOn the eighth day of the second month of 2000 Anno Domini, I sent to this Court Demand for relief. Included (as required) was certification of Mailing/Delivery stating a date certain. It will be modified as follows: Thomas J.(unknown), Mullen's copy of the document (file name: Geauga-Burton relief.doc - my records) is being sent this ninth day of the second month of 2000 Anno Domini. This copy was inadvertently and without malice or forethought misplaced and was not noticed as not being sent until today (2-9-2000). This error on my part was not done with any intent to defraud or otherwise harm any party or the Court. As this Court well knows, an error brought to the attention of the Court and immediately corrected by the party committing such intentless and or harmless error shall sui sponte be corrected without interference or further action by or in the Court. Wherefore, this correction of the Certification is effected hereby.
