To the Clerk(s):

From: Maurice Edward, Brahier

RE: supposed inability to supply proper process due to lack of sufficient documents, and regarding payment. Supposed 91-DC-000792

In your letter you advised that it appeared there were insufficient copies to effect Notice and otherwise. You should note that I supplied Gail Susan, Brahier and Geauga County Prosecutors Office with those documents. However, you also mentioned a lack of sufficient documents for the Appellate Court under some supposed Rule. Accepting your statement, I have sent these additional copies to you so that you may abide by your supposed Rules. This does not show my acceptance of those Rules.

You also stated that some fee or sum was due. The fee or sum may be an issue in further activities. However, since you have shown a measure of understanding and respect, I will afford like in return. At the present time I do not have any "Money" with which to supply even a small portion of this supposed fee or sum. I essentially have no money to even send this package to you. For at the present time, pressure has been apparently brought, by the powers that be, and I am being held from employment, any employment, even temporary services. So we will have to address this issue at some future date.

So here are some additional presents for you to distribute as necessary. If there are or is an additional copy, please feel free to use such for your review if you so desire. You should understand this is only Volume I of many volumes. Additional volumes deal with issues such as women and "raced" and their actual Constitutional standing verses what is presently applied, and other issues. Please check these sent documents with your original to ensure that they are the same (less dates and signatures) by page number and or otherwise. I have various versions of these documents (depending upon what occurred and occurs) so these may not be as in the originals.

One more thing, if you would? The assignment of the appeal appears to be of an excessively distant review by number assignment. Please contact the appellate court or otherwise, to determine whether or not some sort of "hanky-panky" is going on here, and advise me of what you find.

Regardless of how you proceed, I extend my warmest wishes for a good life and happiness to "you and yours". Thank you for your time and effort.
