Federal District Court Western Kentucky Division Case ____________________ ENTRY NOTICE Maurice Edward, Brahier Verses Parties, et al _______________ RE: Fraudulent action GAIL S. BRAHIER v. MAURICE E. BRAHIER -91DC000792 And residuum _______________ I placed requests for federal forms concerning transfer of action by a non-prisoner and forma pauperous form/petition. I have not received them. Therefore, I have sent the intended action, which I have written, and appears to conform with 1993 federal rules (West Publishing-the last book I obtained containing such). The forma pauperous petition/form is presented following previous style used. As I am more than merely in pauperous stature after these 12 years of fraud and other criminal activities at the state AND apparently federal level, I have no monies or other with which to send the MOTION TO TRANSFER-DAMAGES, Restitution, Civ. R. 60 to all parties. However, the courts were previously notified, and the various parties have been properly notified over the course of years. All defendants/respondents were afforded benefit of discussion and opportunity to be heard at the state level, and most were afforded the same at the federal level (this court and or Supreme Court of The United States of America). All are estopped from further briefing, motions, or other, as none ever refuted any matter, fact, or issue, which I presented at the state or federal level, res judicata. signature block removed c/o xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Copies to: Geauga County Clerk of Courts, Ohio; Preble County Clerk of Courts, Ohio; Marshall County Clerk of Courts, Kentucky; Calloway County Clerk of Courts, Kentucky NOTICE TO CLERKS: Advise all interested parties C:\My Documents\Courts and BOC\Federal District Courts\Kentucky\Federal District Court-ENTRY NOTICE.doc |
