Application to proceed in forma pauperous status

I, Maurice Edward, Brahier, state these facts or factors, to the best of my knowledge, and under penalty of law; that due to twelve (12) years of fraud and other crimes perpetrated against me:

I have no monies or items of value in any financial institution or bank or credit institution.

I have a 1989 Chev. Berretta, a non- running 1976 GMC minibus used for storage, and a 1964-7 Cherokee boat.

I have approximately $8.00 in cash.

I receive housing from my place of work for work performed, though I receive no payment or wages.

I have no properties, land, or other of like nature, from which to obtain monies or credit.

For purposes of this court, I am far below poverty and should be granted forma pauperous status. Any and all costs, fees, and other as might apply must be waived or held until recovery of damages, restitution, and costs and fees occurs within the action transferred to this court.
