I will require the forma pauperous petitions, federal complaint forms, and subpoenas (starting with 14) for your court. I will also be presenting Motion to transfer state action to federal court.

This court was court of first contact in 1993-4. It appears to be a multi-jurisdictional action.

Issues to be presented include prior issues unresolved within this court, and: false arrests; false imprisonments; collusions; conspiracies to commit fraud and other crimes; perjuries; false certification of county and state records; false statements of legal and constitutional Rights; rules; court proceedings; other; and other illegal and unlawful acts and actions.

It will also address violations of:

numerous laws, rules, codes, duties and responsibilities, constitutional guarantees (such as due process, equal protection, equal access, cruel and unusual punishment), obstruction of justice, court rules, and other occurring over the last 12 years. The most recent occurrences were 06-09-03.

It appears that the Federal Bureau of Investigation should be notified and might be required to investigate certain issues on behalf of the Attorney General as certain of these issues would be in direct violation of federal laws, oaths of office, and other.
