MAURICE E. BRAHIER, being first duly sworn, according to law, deposes
and states that:
1. He is the defendant in the within action.
2. He and plaintiff were married on or about April 26, 1982, in
Richmond, Kentucky.
3. He and the defendant are the natural parents of two (2) minor
children, daughter {name removed by request}, born November 24, 1985, and son[name removed]
Brahier, born December 14, 1987.
4. Affiant states that he should be granted spousal support from
plaintiff for the below stated reasons:
a. He has had work to support the plaintiff's career.
b. He has had to work out side of his trades in attempt to support
plaintiff's career for five (5) years.
c. He has raised the children from birth (househusband).
d. He as had to work second and third shifts to be able to raise
the children and give them a parent at home and allow plaintiff
freedom to work odd hours and save babysitter fees.
e. He still has a three year old not in school.
f. He has had to move, because of plaintiff's career moves, five
(5) times in six (6) years
g. He is now under extreme stress because of plaintiff's
loss in salary.
h. He is now under extreme mental stress because of plaintiff's
legal action.
i. He has trouble explaining to prospective employers why he has
moved so many times in so short a time. see - f -
j. He has not worked in his trades in at least five(5) years.- c

k. He does not wish to put another , low paying, short term, job on
his work history, because of plaintiff's career.
6. He asks that he be granted his due.
