MAURICE E. BRAHIER, being first duly sworn, according to law,
deposes and states that:
1.He is the defendant in the within action.
2. He and the plaintiff were married on or about April 26, 1982, in
Richmond, Kentucky.
3. He and the plaintiff are the natural parents of two (2) minor
children, daughter {name removed by request}, born November 24, 1985, and son[name removed]
Brahier, born December 14, 1987.
4. He states that it is in the best interest of the minor
children that the plaintiff be ordered to vacate thier place of residence.
5. He states that he is under emotional stress with plaintiff in
the home.
6. He states that he believes that if the plaintiff is not so
ordered it will cause severe additional mental trauma to the afore
mentioned minor children.
7. He states that since he is the mother/father to the
children (he has raised children from birth) that the plaintiff be so
ordered, and that she be required to supply support and maintenance for
children's habitation during pendency of this action.
7. He states that plaintiff's work history be brought to bear on
the validity of this action.
