MAURICE E. BRAHIER : CASE NO. 91 DC000792
11654 CLARIDON-TROY RD.
CHARDON, OHIO 44024 : JUDGE HANS R. VEIT

                      DEFENDANT : AFFIDAVIT REGARDING
   vs. SPEEDY RESOLUTION

GAIL S. BRAHIER
11654 CLARIDON-TROY RD.
CHARDON, OHIO 44024
(216) 635-0361

State of Ohio
             ss
County of Geauga

MAURICE E. BRAHIER, being first duly sworn, according to law, deposes

and states that:

       1. He is the defendant in the within action.

        2. He and the plaintiff were married on or about April 26, 1982, in

Richmond, Kentucky.

       3. He and the plaintiff are the natural parents of two (2) minor

children, daughter {name removed by request}, born November 24, 1985, and son[name removed]

Brahier, born December 14, 1987.

        4. Affiant states it is in the best interest of the children that a

speedy resolution of this action be ordered.

        5. Affiant states that because of the finacial burden plaintiff has

placed on the family, that a speedy resolution be ordered, as he has

only eleven years left to save or gain equity for childrens collegiate

studies and re-establish the children and himself.

       6. Affiant states that plaintiff knowingly and willingly placed

this family at this loss of her own volition.

        7. Affiant states that plaintiff has had full knowledge of the

depth of loss that would be incured since December 1990.

       8. Affiant states that he has attempted numerous times to get

plaintiff to get another job, to no avail.

       9. Affiant states that since the total loss to family is a massive

sum of money, real and potential, exclusive of legal fees, that

resolution be passed quickly.

       10. Affiant states that since it is in the best interest of the

minor children for a speedy resolution, that plaintiff's lawyer(s) be

limited on the amount of legal subterfuge allowed, within the limits of

the law.

                                               ___________________________
