  MAURICE E. BRAHIER, being first duly sworn, according to law, deposes 
 
and states that: 
 
   1. He is the defendant in this case. 
 
   2. He and the plaintiff were married on or about April 26, 1982, in 
 
Richmond, Kentucky. 
 
   3. He and the plaintiff are the natural parents of two (2) minor 
 
children, daughter {name removed by request}, born November 24, 1985, and son [name removed by request] 
 
Brahier, born December 14, 1987. 
 
   4. He wishes to contest the within action for reasons of which motions 
 
have been filed. 
 
   5. He has contacted legal counsel and has been advised that unless the 
 
parties, and ultimately the minor children, can afford more finacial 
 
burden placed on them, that legal representation might, in it's self, be   
 
 prohibitory due to the financial aspect's encroachment . 
 
    6. He wishes this motion to retrogress, if necesary, as he is not   
 
 a lawyer nor para-legal, the previous motions may be out of proper legal   
 
 procedure and or form.
 
   7. He wishes to be granted a degree of declination regarding 
 
contentiousness on this and other motions regarding proper legal 
 
procedure and form, and timelyness, per substantive right.( The laws, in 
 
thier broadest terms, were produced for the protection and use of the 
 
people, not the entrapment of them.)   
 
    8. He wishes the court to protect him from the demurrer of the 
 
plaintiff's attorney(s) or lawyer(s). 
 
   9. He will attempt to keep these motions, affidavits, and hearings 
 
(with related materials) as professional as his limited legal knowledge 
 
encompasses, and expresses his regrets for inconvenience to the court 
 
caused by his lack of legal knowledge.
