The People, through counsel, submit this response to the continued unlawful, illegal, and unconstitutional activities being perpetrated in and by UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT and its supposed personnel [hereonafter referred to as USDC].

This district court shall take due and proper judicial Notice of:

  1. the actions and the materials which have been submitted to this specific constitutional court, and;
  2. the deliberate and willful obstruction of these presentations to this court; and,
  3. this response to the continued unlawful activities by USDC in obstruction of justice and in violation of constitutional Rights of the People as they have so indicated through this and prior submissions, and;
  4. the continued failure to properly address these matters, which has caused severe constitutional dilemma in this nation and across this world due to appointments, erected Laws, certain activities, and other, which may not and/or do not have constituted and/or constitutional authority.
  5. That the Grand Jury is to be directed to review aspects concerning murder and/or manslaughter against these and other individuals it may find during it's investigation, in addition to its other findings.
  6. That these are continued attempts to interfere with the creation of an Investigative Grand Jury.

The court will find the actual record upon the world viewable web site, which was created due the continued unlawful activities done by individuals in and of USDC and the destruction and/or attempted designing, and, so a proper public court record might be maintained [as it must be by Law].

Having properly addressed these matters and brought them to the courts attention, the People address the most recent activities done by USDC.

On or about the 24th day of December of 2005, Peoples' Counsel received a document purported to be issued by U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio, entered and filed on 12/23/2005, as so indicated upon the CM/ECF accompaniment. This is the cause of this presentation to this district court [DCUSA] of jurisdiction. A copy of this purported court entry and accompaniment are attached to this response and advisement.

As noted upon the actual record [in contrast with the record claimed by the defendants] of this matter to which the court is and has been directed, one finds that USDC and the listed and named parties have been deliberately and knowingly proceeding in a jurisdictional vacuum, while deliberately obstructing justice.

The court will take judicial Notice of these facts; that the matter was brought before the district court with this documentation and materials of 12-02-04, not the supposed 12/22/04 matters claimed now on page 1 second sentence "Plaintiff began this case by filing a document styled, "Demand for Certification ...(Doc.#1)."

This deliberate fraud, moreover, the 12/22/04 materials were also submitted to this district court, not the territorial congressional USDC.

The record has been modified by some party [James Bonini or his agent] in attempt to cover-up unlawful activities. As noted: James Bonini was brought for obstruction of the Peoples demand for Special Investigative Grand Jury, the cause for the Bonini matter.

USDC magistrate Merz enclosed the actual originating documents "in packet".

Both he and Sharon Ovington were immediately added as defendants for:

  1. magistrate participation without lawful entry;
  2. magistrate participation in matters not within their authority;
  3. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT interference in this district court's jurisdiction; and
  4. other as was addressed in additional presentations to this court as reflected in the official public record on the web site; and/or to be found by the Grand Jury. These submissions showing exhibits and cause for the submissions and prosecution of the conspirators.

On November 12 of 2004 Maurice Edward, Brahier received a packet /
>mailing from DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES containing these

"Whereas, the district court has displayed there are no other proper
forms for the People to prosecute individuals for criminal activities
perpetrated against them, their states, and their nation.

Wherefore, the court and parties are placed upon Notice: the District
and or Circuit Court of The United States of America will cause the
creation of a Special Grand Jury for review of the people's materials
of apparent indictable offences. The Grand Jury: charged to proceed
under the people's common law as was defined by the constitutions of
the state(s) and The United States of America, and as the People had
defined such. The court shall apprise the People when and where this
Grand Jury is instituted, so they may begin their presentations.

"District courts are authorized under 18 U.S.C. @ 3332(b) to
impanel additional special grand juries when the special grand
juries already impaneled have more business than they can
properly handle. When impaneling additional special grand juries,
a court should make a finding as to the need; and a court should
always make it clear that the special grand jury is being
impaneled under 18 U.S.C. @ 3331 (and is therefore not subject to
the limitations of a regular grand jury). See Wax v. Motley, 510
F.2d 318 (2d Cir. 1975).

The special grand jury has a duty under 18 U.S.C. @ 3332(a) "to
inquire into offenses against the criminal laws of the United
States alleged to have been committed within that district." Such
alleged offenses may be brought to the jury's attention by the
court or by any attorney appearing for the United States to
present evidence to the jury. It is incumbent upon any such..."

There are no presentations, from the People, anywhere, which are addressed to or addressable in, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT. All matters were addressed to this district court of proper jurisdiction; fell outside the Laws, Rules, and constitutional limitations, over which USDC and its magistrates has or had jurisdiction.

Each and every time USDC attempted to unlawfully address the matters for review before this court, Notices and responses to this unlawful activity were properly addressed to this district court, noting the unlawful activities in which those parties were engaged. Several were filed, then voided and returned by some active conspirator in the clerks office or with access to it.

Moreover, these parties were served with proper notice of their inclusion in these matters as defendants, and for review by the Special Investigative Grand Jury, yet continued to deliberately and knowingly work to subvert the Laws, Rules, and constitutions of the states and The United States of America. Moreover, to corrupt the court record in attempt to cover their criminal activities, and make it appear that USDC might have had jurisdiction.

The apparent effect upon this nation now stands thusly:

  1. There is a man in the office of the presidency of this nation who may not be the actual president of this nation due to apparent or possible unlawful activities in Ohio during the 2004 election. As such, any and all activities done since that time may have been done without lawful constituted authority.
  2. Others have been placed in office or positions who may also have no constituted authority, as the party or parties may not have had the lawful constituted authority to place them in those positions.
  3. Appointments have been made throughout this nation's governments, which may have been made without lawful constituted authority.
  4. Laws have been erected and/or modified by individuals who may not have constituted authority to have partaken in such activities.
  5. Local and state elections results may have been corrupted as well, leaving Ohio and other states without lawful constituted authorities to handle state and local matters.
  6. Americas judicial system may be and may remain a corrupted system, as the Grand Jury has been unable to review such matters.
  7. The general Rights of Americans apparently have been jeopardized and/or destroyed by these activities and other various activities during this unlawful obstruction by USDC and the named individuals of the Bonini matter, which now includes, apparently, another judge named Walter H. Rice.
  8. Unlawful torture of prisoners may have occurred because of this activity.
  9. Unlawful imprisonment of individuals may have occurred because of this activity.
  10. Unlawful "spying" upon Americans may have occurred because of this activity.
  11. Unlawful activities in war may have occurred because of this activity.
  12. Other nations across this world may have valid reasons to question America's activities because of this.
  13. American men and women may have been placed and/or remain "in harms way", and/or have died, because of this activity.
  14. America, as a nation, may have been placed "in harms way" because of this activity.
  15. Thousands of other people may have been maimed, killed, or seriously harmed due to such activities.
  16. America and the states may be, or may remain under, control of individuals and/or groups, which work outside the constraints of the constitutions and this nation's Laws and rules.

The list does not stop here, it extends: through exposing CIA operatives; laundering money; failing to act in time to avert death of hundreds if not thousands of the People in natural disasters; and on and on.

Whereas, there are deaths of innocents and other victims to now take into consideration:

all parties named and/or involved are hereby notified the Grand Jury will be directed to weigh potential murder and/or manslaughter charges, in addition to any other that it finds during it's investigation for potential indictment(s).

THEREFORE, the supposed issuance of an ORDER denying forma pauperis status issued by USDC has neither effect nor authority. It shows, instead, that Sharon Ovington and Walter Rice are still actively conspiring to force an issue under false pretence before the 6th Circuit.

MOREOVER, these parties have actively conspired to obstruct this district court's proper jurisdiction, and the creation of Special Investigative Grand Jury, to which they and others will be presented.

Having attended, again, to this unlawful, illegal, and apparent continuing criminal activity by and within United States District Court, this district court of The United States of America will order creation of the Special Grand Jury and Certify the questions to the Supreme Court so the Grand Jury might have these available to them during their review.

Pursuant the matter - People against Bonini: the court will find these defendant parties as conspirators to obstruction of justice, and other requested relief and of which it finds. All parties have had sufficient time to respond, state their defense(s), and other. Benefit of discussion and opportunity to be heard has thereby been waived by the defendants. They have wrongly relied upon their fellow conspirators to protect them from prosecution via the use of unlawful activities and further obstructions of justice.

This district court will advise the People of the whereabouts of this Special Grand jury so they may begin their presentations, submit their materials, and otherwise proceed according to Law, and, thereby, bring apparent criminals to justice.
