Here is the copy of the 01-04-06 6th Circuit Notice of pending dismissal
On or about the 6th of January of 2006 Maurice received this Notice/letter from the 6th Circuit case manager advising that the appeal (though none had been filed) would be dismissed from the 6th Circuit unless forma pauperis is granted, or fee is received.
Of course, there was no appeal filed, the 6th Circuit court had orchestrated and directed the matter in USDC, covering up it's own participation.
Moreover, had received the district court submission of response to the 12-23-05 USDC nunc pro tunc ORDER denying forma pauperis. While ignoring ALL prior submissions to the court which it had previously received.
Ignoring the FACTS, that defendants to the issues had ISSUED ORDERS, had been disqualified, had obstructed justice, had obstructed presentations to the court, and obstructed creation of Special Investigative Grand Jury to investigate corruption in the 6th Circuit, Ohio, and elsewhere in this nation.
All designed to allow the 6th Circuit to submit it's statements concerning the People's Rights under Amendments 9 and 10, to which it has no authority to make such statements. Only the Supreme Court can issue impressions concerning these Amendments.

Here are the fax tracks to the Sixth Circuit on the 3rd of January of 2006 showing they created this Notice/letter while they had the 01-03-06 submission in their possession.
