Public Notice to the American People regarding your extraordinary power
As a warning to the People to the of America whom may feel that this activity upon this site may seem to show that declaration of power may be done whenever one wishes.
Take due and proper Notice of this counseling.
The reason this activity could be reasonably done via this Peoples' counsel; is due to the extensive and expansive activities done prior to the federal level case, and declarations shown upon this site. This was nearly fourteen years of activities.
All counsel should go through each and every attempted "correction" at both the state and federal levels, as was done by this counsel. [Note: correction - attempts to allow government to provide it's duties and responsibilities]
Meaning:
- the proper state authorities MUST be contacted and refuse or fail to properly provide their duties and responsibilities.
- the proper federal/national level authorities MUST be contacted and refuse or fail to properly provide their duties and responsibilities.
- a state level Grand jury request SHOULD have occurred at some level or sometime during the course. Moreover, there should be a failure or refusal to have done so, during state activity.
- there MUST be a history and documentation available concerning prior counseling at the Peoples' state level, not just individual groups, organizations, or private individuals.
- there MUST be sufficient materials to support a TRUE cause to request a Special Investigative Grand Jury. Though the briefings and materials obtainable here indicate what may be used, and could be sufficient cause at the state level; carefully review the prior state AND federal level activity which brought this final cause.
- you must not be proceeding as or on behalf of, a known or declared, organization, church, or other special interest group(s), or organization(s); or business, union, or corporation. As example, though not as final statement; a religious organization, or group, or for religious reasons (insert gun or any other specific ideal, or personal and/or private individual activity). Those would likely be attended through other Amendments, and/or Laws, and/or Bill(s) of Rights. and would likely be seen (determined) as as such, contaminating such activity under pure Amendments 9 and 10 - Peoples' authority and Rights retained and reserved. Therefore, these would require additional specific briefings and materials to the other Amendments or Rights being presented as cause.
- there MUST be documentation / materials to support all these state and federal actions and or activities, as fact.
- there must be, in example (though not strictly limited hereby), actual, real, or potential damage, harm, death, or the like, at the national level or which might interfere with national activities of the People as a whole.
- there MUST be this type extraordinary reason(s) to invoke this power.
Though these may appear to be all that is necessary, these are not the only actions and/or activities, which apparently MUST be done.
As the activities are set out on this site through it's documentation and directions [course of events, activities, Law, procedures, cases, etc.], all factors will not be set out here.
It also appears to be only allowed to the people. All attorneys/Lawyers, government officials, or others associated directly with government activity may not have this ability. They would find their authority and corresponding limits defined in Laws, Rules, Codes, etc., and or under their authorizations, duties, and/or requirements as defined within the constitutional contracts they have sworn to protect and uphold.
Moreover, this is a course which is general considered/seen as EXTRAORDINARY or EXIGENT power (though technically it is not; each of the people hold this power and responsibility to each other) not a GENERAL power; to be used only under the most extreme and or exigent circumstances. You must intimately understand ALL contractual (the people's agreements amoung themselves in the constitutions) requirements through which this is authorized.
Also note that though aspects may not be specifically defined within these briefings and materials; most, if not all aspects of the People's Rights and authority have been addressed. This is stated for other potential briefing purposes, and/or activities.
Therefore, though none of government may interfere with these declared Rights and authority of the People in any form (such as: by limiting state and or national courts; Amendments removing such; executive Order(s); treaties and or other contracts; or via some other sort of legislation, or court determination, or "administration", or "regulation"), it is not to be used, and may not be used, unless and until the allowing criteria, has been met, as was done for this specific Peoples' activity.
You each, though, as individuals, may and should, always declare and preserve all your constitutional protections before any court, adminstrative agency, or otherwise government associated activity.
This is not presented as final: determination; declaration; definition; legal advise; or otherwise to be construed as such. These are what appear to be the controlling factors for such activities, and are presented solely as counseling. Appearances, however, can be deceiving. Be extremely cautious before you attempt to proceed in a like fashion. These powers are not toys to "play" with. They are, however, a very powerful "tool".
