Before the Supreme Court of KentuckyStatement of Jurisdiction WHEREAS, this comes before the court under its jurisdiction granted by The People under Article 110 (2)(a) "…, except it shall have power to issue all writs necessary in aid of its appellate jurisdiction, or the complete determination of any cause, or as may be required to exercise control of the Court of Justice." per the newest version. And, Where as, this is the Commonwealth's highest Court, save one instituted by The People should it become necessary, its constitutional duty lies to The People by contract. Wherefore, the causes outlined within these fair and just presents are within jurisdiction of the Court. No argument or rule may refute such. Costs In Re: Any and all costs will come from, and or, be obtained from, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, as it lays claim to The Peoples' money, and lays claim as The Peoples' protector. Where as, The People, having already paid for: the institution of; and, wages of; and, financing of; and, building containing, this Court, they may not be further charged for entry hereupon. It is The People's Right to do so, they own it. Wherefore, No argument or rule will hold weight against The People in their Right to proceed without further cost to themselves. Notice Wherefore, the Court shall review these documents posthaste, for the Courts time of review and action will expire in fifteen days, at which time the Proclamation and factual issues will be enforced, sui sponte, res judicata, and the then defendants, tried for treason and other crimes. ___________________________ Maurice Edward, Brahier, on behalf of The People A private person of sovereignty of The People |
