Notice of fraud perpetrated by judges, Objection to ORDER, Notice of APPEAL, other addressed hereon

Now comes Maurice Edward, Brahier on behalf of the people of Kentucky state to submit Notice of objection, Notice of Fraud, and Notice of Appeal and other.

On the 17^th day of the twelfth month of 1998, Maurice Edward, Brahier, on behalf of the people, received a document which purports to be a lawful entry in the case at bar.

Before the Court is and was a Demand for institution of a Grand Jury to investigate the corrupt and criminal activity of the entity which calls itself COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY. This entity which has displaced the lawful de jure government of the state, has imposed unlawful and unconstitutional law and other within this state.

The judges state that "On the unopposed motion of the Commonwealth of Kentucky" which is deliberate fraud perpetrated by these judges since the governor's office, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, this Court, and others received a document entitled Notice Ruling Law Ky Supreme Court.doc concerning this purported motion in the section RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COURT. To distinctly state that it was unopposed is more than merely fraud, it decidedly indicates the judges willingness to act in conspiracy with this corporate entity which calls itself COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY to the detriment of the people, the state, and in violation of the Oath of Office which the judges have sworn to the people.

The Court and judges responsibility was to institute this Grand Jury to receive evidence from the people for prosecution of the organized criminal element within the state.

Pursuant to the matters which were before the Court, and due to this deliberate fraud (§ 151 Kentucky Constitution) perpetrated by these judges, notice is hereby placed that the people of this state are now authorized to bring whatever charges they might wish, including against these prior judges who are now nothing more than common people as they have deliberately refused their constitutional duties and violated their Oath, before any constitutional court which they choose to create pursuant to § 4 Kentucky Constitution, as this court has ceased to provide it duties and responsibilities to the state and to the people, and is unable to provide its control over lesser courts and provide its check and balance duties of the government.

Notice is also placed of intent to Appeal to the Supreme Court of these united States as per the document also sent to all required parties previously, including this Court.

Wherefore, since the judges: William S.(unknown) Cooper; John W.(unknown) Graves; Martin Johnstone; Robert F.(unknown) Stephens; JJ.(unknown inclusion on ORDER); and Robert E. Lambert, of this court have included deliberate fraudulent statement in their order, have violated in their Oath to the people and the state, the Order holds no worth or value, it is therefore automatically void, but will be brought before whatever Grand Jury and Court the people shall create at their discretion, and before the Supreme Court of greater stature, and others as might be necessary to ensure continued lawful governance of the people.

So it be by public post on this eighteenth day of the twelfth month in the Nineteen-hundredth and Ninety-eighth year, Anno Domini, as presented by the signatory below on behalf of the people of Kentucky state.
