Non-statutory declaration to the Supreme Court and clerks and all that apply.Mark this well: You have attempted to place this action which you refer to as FILE NO. 98-SC-000916 in an improper, unlawful, forum and stature. The parties, as you have presented them: MAURICE EDWARD BRAHIER V. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY This is improper and unconstitutional. The constitutional matters before the constitutional Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Kentucky state, as you were advised, must be listed as it has been issued. That being: Maurice Edward, Brahier; The People of The Commonwealth of Kentucky; And others as might become parties - Against - COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY et al You will immediately attend to the correction of this error, unless this is an open admission of corporate and war power status of this Court, rather than the constitutional Court allowed by the people's Constitution. Which therefore, would require submission of this matter to a court of Constitutional authority, by and for which you have committed theft of mail, and for which you have misrepresented yourself as. Also, as you were previously advised, my proper appellation is: Maurice Edward, Brahier (look carefully, you are not authorized to use anything else on anything or anywhere). "The People", are the "We, the people" as historically and constitutionally indicated. I am not any misnomer, nom de guerre party, which you have attempted to style this action after. A constitutional Court may not use war names for private people, unless they submit to the jurisdiction of a war powers corporate tribunal/COURT/Court. You will also note, a constitutional Court may not use all capital letters for any presentation, as you have sent me, but must follow proper grammatical rules. Better refresh yourself on what an actual constitutional common law court or tribunal must provide, apparently you have forgotten. Unless you are this corporate war powers COURT. And whereby, you must now produce your papers you have filed with war powers corporate THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. (See: 22 U.S.C.A. 613, Rabinowitz vs. Kennedy, 376 U.S. 605, 11 L. Ed. 2d 940; 18 U.S.C.A. 219 & 951) No action has been presented to any war powers court or tribunal. The matters rest distinctly in constitutional common law, not "war powers or foreign or INTERNATIONAL or any mixture thereof" of statutes, of rules, of LAW. I will not advise you of this any more, I do advise you to refer to misprision, misrepresentation, fraud, and other, before you purport to continue on behalf of the people in this republic of Kentucky state. ____________________________________ Maurice Edward, Brahier, on behalf of the people, in sovereignty |
