This page takes you through the 98-SC-00120 case in Calloway County Kentucky.

Maurice was prosecuted in Kentucky during 1995-96, originally via the 91-DC-000792 Geauga County Ohio Orders and judgements falsely certified to Kentucky and included perjurious affidavit. Calloway County Court used those materials, refusing to allow address of this unlawful activity.

This resulted in a two year false imprisonment during which time a request for Writ of Habeous Corpus was saught in Western District federal court, which refused to release Maurice using the then existing 1964 Anti-Terrorist Act (first indication the government apparently considered Maurice a supposed threat, see: 6th Circuit Judicial Complaints or the PDF )

The same prosecuotor, Michael D. Ward, who prosecuted the first fraudulent case which caused two years of false imprisonment, also attempted to prosecute the below Action 98-CR-00120. Note that he was subpoenaed to appear as a hostile witness.

The subpoenas were demanded due to the refusal of the new judge to follow law by ending the matter.
