I, Maurice Edward, Brahier, state these issues as true under the eyes of man and God;

1. I have these assets or property: one 1989 Berretta car with an approximate value of $1500; one 1987 Honda motorcycle with an approximate value of $300; one 1976 GMC G30 minibus with an approximate value of $400 which is used for storage; a checking account with $14.??; one 1967 Cherokee boat approximate value of $400.
2. I have recently started a part-time job, which will not and does not supply sufficient funds to live on.
3. I am forced to live with others of the people.
4. I believe that I have the Right to proceed in forma pauperis status, since that is regretfully my present standing.
5. Should any party, AGENT, or others wish to challenge these statements or deny such, they do so at their own cost, expense, and to their own detriment and risk.

These statements, being sufficient to establish pauper status, are hereby placed upon public record.
