Before the Constitutional Courts of Calloway County in Kentucky, the State of Kentucky, and Federal Constitutional courts:

Notice of objections to unlawful procedure and use of law, by the Courts and or judges;

Notice of intent to discuss matters with United States Attorneys Office and other parties and Courts;

Notice of failure and or refusal to properly proceed under: due process of Law; and, or, substantive and substantial Rights of the People of the State of Kentucky and united States; and, court procedural rules;

Notice of demand for provision of responsibilities and duties

Matters at Law:

The United States Constitution through amendment/Article 10; The Constitution of the State of Kentucky through Section 1-26, Section 151; Oaths of Office; Preambles of both Constitutions; Professional and Judicial Responsibilities; and other as reflected hereon or within the Records of the Courts (all cases)

I come before the Courts or tribunals under the peoples Constitutional common-law to, once again, submit objections, and demand this unlawfulness and unconstitutional acts and actions cease and desist:

1. Against the unlawful use of force and or coercion against my person. When on the twenty-third day of the eleventh month of 1998, the judge of CALLOWAY COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, one DENNIS R. FOUST, violated his oath and responsibilities to the Court and the people of the community by ordering my into Court in violation of my Right to be free from coercion and duress, and when LESLIE (unknown) FURCHES on the ninth day of the eleventh month of 1998 in CALLOWAY DISTRICT COURT also ordered me into Court without following proper rules and provision of Rights under threat of contempt, under coercion and duress against my person; And,

2. Against ordering me under threat of contempt and or imprisonment before he (DENNIS R. FOUST) had reviewed the materials presented (as he addressed before the witnesses in and of the Court) whereby he has deliberately violated procedural and Constitutional due process and his Oath of Office, and my Right to have such matters delivered without fail, sale or denial or delay; as did LESLIE FURCHES when she ordered me into the Court when the record reflects due process and Constitutional Rights had not been provided; And,

3. Against the courts, which have still failed to properly proceed under the Rules of Procedure, Code of Professional Responsibility, Code of Judicial Conduct, and other matters, which are required for proper judicial action in this state and these States united, by any Court under Constitutional mandate and the inclusions therein and as the Constitutional contracts state; And,

4. Against direct and deliberate ignoring and violation of the recorded Notices and other evidential materials within the Courts' Records; And,

5. Against continued refusals and failures by the Court personnel to ensure proper procedures are followed in and by the Courts as is their duty to the Court, the State and States united, and to the people; And,

6. Against direct and deliberate refusals to provide substantive and substantial Rights, such as the Right to be informed of the true nature of law and true cause of the action; And,

7. Against the continued willingness displayed by the judges of CALLOWAY COUNTY COURTS to create ORDERS in absence of properly stated jurisdiction and due process of law; And,

8. Against other matters, as are displayed upon the records of the Courts, and are the known responsibilities and duties of Courts, personnel of such Courts, and the judges, which preside over such Courts and or tribunals. And,

9. Against (corporate) COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY and its Agents, provocators, propagandists, and other members, for continuing to:

• A. invade my privacy and my liberty as well as others of the people;
• B. refuse to or fail to produce answers to questions concerning matters of law and jurisdiction before the Courts;
• C. provide equal access to law;
• D. refuse or fail to provide a Grand Jury to investigate corrupt or other apparent unlawful and unconstitutional activities within the State;
• E. instill law which is not Constitutional in nature;
• F. subject myself and others of the people, to cruel punishment when the law and Constitutional Rights have not been provided;
• G. otherwise harm or damage one of the people of the state and States united;
• H. and otherwise to refuse to proceed under lawful and hence Constitutional manner.

Wherefore, it has become necessary to inform the federal authorities of this state of apparent lawlessness, which is occurring in Calloway County of Kentucky and or generally in the State, and demand these authorities provide their responsibilities to the people.

I have therefore, contacted a local federal Magistrate. I have and or will be forced to also contact the other authorities concerning these matters as well, as no state of lawlessness may occur in these united States, particularly in the judiciary.

Where as, when these parties violate their Oath of Office and or otherwise proceed without substance of Law and provisions of Rights as defined in the Constitutions as intended; and which no party who lays claim to be a judge, or be part of the judiciary, may allow or may contribute to violations, or refusals or denials; or when they otherwise break their Oath of Office; or otherwise fail to provided their duties to the people; such condition does apparently exist.

Note: The people do not ceded their authority or their State to the federal government in any form or fashion, nor do I, but demand help with recovering their State from these unlawful parties, and or otherwise end this reign of: terror; and or fraud; and or deception; and or lawlessness, which stands outside the Constitutions of the state and States united.

So it be by public post, on this twenty-seventh day of the eleventh month of the Nineteen-hundredth and Ninety-eighth year, Anno Domini by the signatory below.
