Mark these presents well:

I, Maurice Edward, Brahier, being of good and solid mind, free from doubts, and free from exterior persuasion, do hereby refresh any and all prior: Demands for Rights; Rescissions; public Notices; Proclamations; Declarations; Abatements; and other documents of evidence pertaining to such, and hereby, bring them forth. And, Notice;

1. Where as, no party, be they corporate, corporal, military, tribunal, lawful, quasi-corporate, quasi-military, quasi-corporal, quasi-tribunal quasi-lawful or others which might lay claim to not being responsible for, or being responsible for, prevention of trespass against and upon those Rights, may fail to or refuse to honour my Rights. And, Notice;

2. Where as, any attempt or failure, to provide these Constitutional Rights is a direct and deliberate and public affront to those Rights. And, Notice;

3. Where as, none of the previously mentioned, and, or, indicated, and, or, inferred, parties, tribunals, Agents, Agencies, and others, may deliberately and knowingly violate my Rights. And, Notice;

4. Where as, there is a known and stated responsibility of the previously mentioned parties, tribunals, Agents, Agencies, and others, to not transgress upon, interfere with, refuse to provide, fail to provide, or otherwise attempt to ignore or remove my Rights. And, Notice;

5. Where as, any and all of the above may not: knowingly; or claim to be unknowing: when public evidence is available demanding, retaining, stating, declaring, and proclaiming such rights;(and), continue to fail to provide and protect those Rights, or refuse to provide and protect those Rights, or by act of omission, or of their own volition fail or refuse those Rights. And, Notice;

6. Where as, these public Notices, Abatements, and other, hereby and hereon refreshed, state I retain and reserve all of my Rights, and, whereon, I have specifically directed the above parties to their responsibilities and duties. I do, hereby, bring forth their duties, Oaths of Office, Codes of Professional Responsibility, Codes of Judicial Conduct, and the Constitutions' Laws, which set forth these Rights as paramount, inalienable, unalienable, inherent and un-transgressable.

Notice;

Wherefore, any party, agent, agency, representative, tribunal or other of like nature, that now deliberately and knowingly fails to provide or otherwise refuses or ignores my Rights, where at, commits open and public crimes against my Rights and the Laws of the Constitutions.

Notice;

Wherefore, any Demand, Notice, Abatement and otherwise, wherein, I have placed for provision of, and, or, under provision of, my Rights, may not be: refused; ignored; dismissed; or otherwise, and answer thereof, must be placed in written and public form. Where by, no action, or otherwise, may proceed in any fashion, or form, until my Rights have been provided, without, when by proceeding, where upon, committing open and public crimes against myself and the Constitutions.
