NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBPOENA RECORDS

Notice has been placed to the CABINET FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN of COMMONWEALTH

OF KENTUCKY, in the document attached, of intent to subpoena their records concerning abusive,

threatening, coercive, or other of like nature, towards the people outside the state. All effort should be

applied to ensure these records are not falsified, destroyed, or otherwise damaged, as this evidence is

relevant to the matters purported to be at bar.

Wherefore, it becomes the courts responsibility to ensure the evidence that is to be produced is factual, provides full disclosure, and is true in substance and in nature.

So it be by public post, on this 2^nd day of the 3^rd month in the Nineteen hundredth and Ninety-ninth year, Anno Domini.
