Notices of:Objections to ignoring, refusing, and or otherwise failing to provide my Rights.Objections to use of force and or coercion.---- For filing in the Courts of public record, and which might concern Maurice Edward, Brahier. I, Maurice Edward, Brahier, being of sound and clear mind, and free from external persuasion, do hereby place my objections to matters that occurred on the sixteenth day of the eleventh month in Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-eight. I also further address reservation of my Rights. 1. I have placed Notice within the Courts concerning matters effecting my Rights, which were extended as questions to be answered prior to entry before any tribunal, Court, or judge (filed in District Court - November 16, 1998 at 9:29 AM). These questions have not been answered. I do hereby place objection to that failure to provide my Right. 2. I have placed Demand for Bill of Particulars within the Courts under my Constitutional Right to be informed, and to inform the Court, and to have such answered. I have not had answers provided. I object to this failure to provide my Constitutional Rights. 3. I was ordered to appear before a judge (Leslie (unknown), Furches) by that judge under threat of coercion, contempt of Court. I did appear under duress of that threat. I object to the use of coercion to force me to appear before any tribunal, Court, or judge, that has not provided my Rights, and, or, will not provide my Rights, and, or, has failed to provide my Rights, and, or, fails to proceed under the terms and conditions of the Constitutions. 4. I was informed that the judge was the Court. I object to any statement, inference, or otherwise, that any judge is the Court. I will not appear before any judge, magistrate, or otherwise, in any Court or tribunal, who believes, states, or demands, they are the Court. 5. I have been ordered, or so the paper states, though unsigned by any judge, to appear on "DATE 11-30-98, TIME 10:00", which I have just called the Court (1:12:25 P.M. 11-16-1998) to confirm, and attempted to determine the cause thereof. I will be available to the Court on that date and at that time (unless due to unforeseen difficulties or circumstances beyond my control). And; I will appear before the judge (or judges) of that Court or tribunal: A. when my standing and questions to the Courts or tribunals and judges have been answered and filed. And, B. when my Demand for Bill of Particulars have been answered in writing prior to entry, and been filed. And, C. when:
I object to any other or further attempts to coerce, threaten, or otherwise place me in a position of duress, or which otherwise invades my privacy, and which affronts or effects my liberty, unless these provisions of my Rights have been secured. I reserve any and all other Rights not hereon stated as I have declared by public posts. 6. I have placed numerous public posts concerning provision of my Rights, the duties and responsibilities concerning those Rights, and other Notices. I object to any attempts to convert these public posted Notices into Motions or anything other than what they are, and state thereon. _________________----- The Courts, judges, and any others to whom this might apply or concern, have had sufficient notice by this public post. _________________----- Therefore, any attempt to proceed, otherwise in conflict with this post and my prior posts, is and will be a direct violation of and affront to: my privacy; and, my liberty; and, my Rights, thereby committing open and public crimes against the state of Kentucky, the people of Kentucky, and myself. END So it be declared and affirmed, by public post, on this sixteenth day of the eleventh month of the Nineteen Hundredth and Ninety-eighth year, Anno Domini, at the eighteenth hour and twenty-sixth minute of that day, by the signatory below. Sent to the Courts of record. __________________________________, Maurice Edward, Brahier, sui juris, sui jure, a private person of sovereignty. Copies of the above Notices and Objections have been sent to: the Courts in Calloway County in Kentucky state; The Supreme Court of Kentucky state; and, Marshall County Courts in Kentucky state, for their records.
