Take notice that the document entitled Notices and Advisement-Facts.doc contains a non-critical typographical error in the number of pages sent.
The pages themselves contain the actual number sent, which is 42. Not the 37 pages listed in the Certification. The error was created when additional information and cases were added to the document. The field apparently was not updated properly.
Listed in the footer of the Certification: 42 of 42. Listed in the table of contents is: Certification 42.
Therefore there is no intent to misstate or falsely certify, the correction of this non-critical typographical error is made in the interest of justice.
