Notice of failure to comply and or provide constitutional function pursuant to demanded appeal, under time limitations imposed and or applicable upon the courts and or parties of which it is comprised therein and or thereof.

Notice to clerk of court to immediately forward these matters as therein appealed to the court of Appeals.

Under the "self imposed" standardized RULES upon and within the courts, concerning the time limitations wherein and whereof the courts must act upon matters before it. And pursuant to the constitutional issues therein contained upon the face of the records, whereby the court and judge have failed to supply their function to due administration of justice or what is presently referred to as such, and due process of law.

Whereas, proper prior notice was filed of poverty and or pauper status was properly filed;

Whereas, the supposed lawful plaintiff has submitted no request for review by the court or judge or objection to appeals;

Whereas, the constitution demands justice and the due administration of justice, and due process of law;

Whereas, the supposed lawful plaintiff has stated no opposition to furtherance and or continuance, nor elected to request "MOTION DAY" for review of any issues, nor may now do so;

Whereas, the issues and questions must be answered by the court, and or judge, and or (corporate) plaintiff if constitutional protections and inclusions are to be claimed as followed;

AND Whereas, these issues and questions are not of the type which might be held until later appeal, or under stasis until final "MOTION DAY" prior to trial, or which the court and judge may dismiss and or ignore and or deny.

Therefore, being proper for the due and proper administration of justice and due process of law, in any court, be it military, quasi-military, corporate, quasi-corporate, constitutional, quasi-constitutional, or otherwise; the appeals shall be immediately forwarded, posthaste.
