Mark these presents well:

I, Maurice Edward, Brahier, being of sound mind and clear of exterior persuasion, do hereby place these public notices of standing, Ruling Law, and delivery by public post for the reasons set forth below, and refresh and bring forth all previous mentioned and publicly posted standings and Rules of Law which I have declared.

My standing before any purported tribunal, agent, agency, branch, bureau, or otherwise, is solely and distinctly for protection of my Constitutional Rights. I do not, therefore, waive those Rights, and grant jurisdiction, and, or, authority, to any body: politic; judicial; tribunal; corporate; military; quasi-politic; quasi-judicial; quasi-tribunal; quasi-corporate; quasi-military; and or in fact, any body or party whatsoever, and where so ever, other than to proceed Constitutionally and Rights bound.

The Ruling Laws and Rules of Law under which I stand, and under and by which any party whom or who wishes to deal with me in any fashion must proceed, are the Rights of the Constitutions of state and several united States as apply to white males, as I am white and male, and the original people. No other Law, Rule, Code, Statute, or otherwise, will have effect against my standing, and, or, affect my standing.

Where as, public Notice is the proper form and forum to address these issues of Law and standing, and such has been rendered and presented hereby and previously by public Notices, no party, agent, tribunal, agency, corporate entity, or quasi form of any of the above and previously mentioned parties, may continue in any other form or forum, unless they deliberately and with full knowledge of their acts and actions, do thereby commit crimes against myself and the Constitutions as mentioned.

So it be, by public post, on this ninth day of the eleven month, in the Nineteen Hundredth and Ninety-eighth year, at the thirteenth minute of the ninth hour, as declared and affirmed by the signatory below.
