Take notice that it appears the Clerk of Court is required to send official Notices to the parties, as a function of the court and requirement of due process.
1. Has the Clerk and court officially notified the parties and sent the Notices to the parties, which I indicated in Notices and Advisement-Facts.doc and Notice of criminal activity.doc and Notice(s) regarding corrections and officially modified the Subpoenas through such official Notices?
If not, then this function of the Court and Clerk must be attended to, poste haste.
If so, please make available (send me copies in the S.A.S.E. which you should still have available), the copies of such official Court Notices and official modifications.
