Maurice Edward, Brahier, a private party of the people, of sovereignty Commonwealth of KentuckyCalloway Circuit Court
Comes now the petitioner, Maurice Edward, Brahier, to fulfill the purported requirement of an ORDER to allow him to proceed in forma pauperis during and pursuant to the supposed criminal action, and Appeal(s), which de facto COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY and or its AGENTS, AGENCIES, representatives, and or otherwise, have filed within the corporate court. It appears that the assumptions, pursuant to various Acts created by the supposed peoples' representatives, have extended the powers of the court and judges beyond the allowances within the peoples' Constitution and the peoples' actual wishes. The gravest errors appear to be the various "judiciary Acts" such as occurred in 1927 and thereafter, which rely on the integrity .of judges to protect the people from "power grabs", unconstitutional Acts and actions, and other unlawful and unconstitutional activities, which has not occurred. Pursuant to the unwarrantable powers of these various Acts, which have allowed the essential and inherent Rights of the people to be diminished, excluded, denied, destroyed, demeaned, and at times, merely extended as benefits and or privileges, solely based under the supposed wishes of some judge, I come before the court to demand this order. It shall be stated as retro-active for proper appeal (as Noticed) of these atrocities and aggressive acts being committed and expedited. The Court may refer to the attached affidavit for additional supposed requirements and or cause. NOTICES: I waiver no inherent, inalienable, known, or other Rights, and do not waiver any questions that will be answered by the Courts, judges, and COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, before proceeding further. I do not accept any attempts to: diminish; destroy; hamper; harm; deny; remove; or waiver, any and all questions concerning jurisdiction, style, and other, as appears within the questions before the now readily apparent AGENTS of COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY's AGENTS shall respond within 10 days or the order shall issue sui-sponte and the clerk shall docket and forward the Appeal(s). The clerk of the Court of Appeals has answered on two (2) occasions, the questions concerning Rights of the people at appeal, as they have been destroyed by the judiciary in its purported RULES under which he must comply for acceptance of appeals. It, therefore, lays for the judges to support their claim of Constitutional authority to destroy, hamper, harm, deny, or other of like nature, the Rights of the people, in any court, be it the de facto corporate Courts or the peoples', when they are sworn and under Oath to not do so.
