In the Constitutional Calloway Circuit Court Purported case number: 98-CR-00120 NOTICE OF AND CORECTION OF ANOTHER NON-CRITICAL ERROR IN DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED AND EVIDENCE OF DELIVERY OR ATTEMPTMaurice Edward, Brahier issues this Notice to interested parties: Take due and proper Notice that the Certification of Mailing/delivery may contain or does contain another non-critical error in the Document entitled Notices and Advisement-Facts.doc. It was certified that Priority Mail was used to provide this function, however, due to the constraint of time placed by the supposed ORDER issued by the purported judge; and the delay in receiving such from the Court; and my having to research and create the response, Express Mail was used to ensure delivery within such time period. (Technically speaking, Priority Mail would include Express Mail since priority is attached to the delivery of such mail.) As the Clerk and Agents of COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY received the documents in the EXPRESS MAIL enclosure and signed (or must sign) for such, no deliberate false Certification was intended or furthered, the parties know, as does this Court, that this is and was the method of delivery unless specifically stated otherwise. See attached copies of the Express Mail labeling, and inquiry via U.S.P.S. web site, as to the delivery of certain Mail articles. As the Court is well aware: an error brought to the Court's attention for correction by the party who has created such non-critical error, is found as proper and in the interests of justice, therefore this Notice effectuates such correction. So it be effected and in force, this 22st day of the 8th month in 1999. signature block removed A private individual of the People, in his Rights and sovereignty This NOTICE has been sent via regular United States mail to the Court and parties or Agents of COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY. |
