Maurice Edward, Brahier filed the Writ of Certiorari and/or Original Action in the Supreme Court under Amendments 9 and 10 concerning the refusal of USDC in southern Ohio [submitted to DCUS and unlawfully handled by USDC magistrates] to certify Questions to the Supreme Court, and institute a Special Investigative Grand Jury to review apparent syndicate racketeering and other organized criminal activity in Ohio and across this nation. This was filed under the Peoples' authority defined in Amendments 9 and 10.
NOTE: this also addressed the two national elections (2000 and 2004) that were effected by the cover-up of this unlawful activity in Ohio (and elsewhere), after presentation of such to federal authorities.
Counsel filed the Writ demand 02/22/05 due to unlawful activity by defendant Sharon L. Ovington in USDC.

03/07/05 - the Supreme Court "assistant clerk" (an attorney) returned the People's case. Also, on the same day, the USDC clerk returned the "SHOW OF CAUSE", copy of the Writ, and other materials AFTER "clarification". So Amendments 9 and 10 have been declared essentially "DEAD" by the court attorneys/clerks...[that's your authority in this nation - don't miss this aspect; you, the People, have no authority in America]
However, as defined in Law, these are criminal acts by the clerk and/or whomever removed these documents from court record. [See: United States Court Records, Clerk Responsibilities, Conspiracy, other United States Code.
04/29/05 - counsel received the dismissal ORDER from southern Ohio USDC judge Walter Herbert Rice (disqualified, and defendant) issued 04/27/05 adopting the full recommendations of defendant Ovington in the Bonini matter.
On the 26th of May of 2005, counsel submitted demand for reconsideration due to ORDER issued without factual basis to district court of The United States of America.
Peoples' submission of 05-26-05
06-24-05 - Peoples' counsel received a supposed assignment of 05-26-05 matter as an Appeal.
As usual, the 6th Circuit expected to review it's own unlawful activities. Remember, to that date they had covered up the criminal activity in Ohio, Western Kentucky, and within the 6th Circuit [judicial misconduct complaints].
Moreover, they had also covered-up the unlawfully obtained 2004 elections.
07-11-05 - counsel mailed the response to the supposed assignment of appeal to the Peoples' request for ORDER based upon fact.
07-11-05 ResponseCounsel received the return of the above Response from
USDC/clerk.
The envelope had been OPENED and apparently read, though
NOT filed as required by Rule and Law.
Thereafter, returned in an official DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED
STATES envelope, after the submission's envelope being stapled
closed.
Again perpetrating criminal acts as defined in Law as established by 18 USC.

On or about the 24th day of December 2005, Peoples' counsel received a supposed new order issued by USDC via Walter Herbert Rice. All USDC judges and magistrates had been disqualified from weighing whether the questions should be submitted to the Supreme Court as they have no jurisdiction save but to certify the questions or to submit such to the circuit/Appellate court. Only the Supreme Court may review any aspects of People's authority under Amendments 9 and 10 declaration.
The Appellate Court is the court which may certify questions, hence. the original submissions were directed to both the district court AND the circuit [Appellate] court [see document headings, note specifically: district court AND circuit court].
This ORDER was issued supposedly to correct USDC error (nunc pro tunc) of failing to DENY forma pauperis to Peoples' counsel. The obvious fraud this contains is, that this is: The People and their states of The United States of America against ... apparent syndicated racketeering and other organized criminal activities, such as obstruction of justice, destruction of official records, and numerous other Law defined crimes, INCLUDING the attempt by the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT to address the certification question (done without jurisdiction or authority) and its coverup of its own illegal activities.
This USDC Walter Rice [note named Defendant Sharon Ovington is still listed on this ORDER and probably "walked" this through the court] claims, again, in his ORDER that the matter before the court is Certification to The Supreme Court of The United States of America, not creation of Special Investigative Grand Jury and obstruction of that. [The People against Bonini, et. al.]
Moreover, Rice claims, again, that no Shows of cause were filed, in contrast with the actual records available here {the only ACTUAL and true record}.
Read it, then review the submitted materials in this actual "official public record", verses the deliberately fraudulent statements included upon this ORDER attempting to force an issue before the 6th Circuit Appellate Court, which happens to be an organization that was to be reviewed by the Special Investigative Grand Jury, as noted upon the Bonini matter.

Therefore, we now have additional evidence of the complete willingness and depth of complicity of these parties of the 6th Circuit.
And they flaunt their unlawful and criminal activities in the face of the entire world.

FIRST THE PEOPLES' CASES
The Peoples' Cases as filed in:
Supreme Court of The State of Kentucky; 1998 - People vs. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY [submitted on behalf of "Take Back Kentucky" which never proceeded beyond this point.]

The first segment displays the supposed review by the 6th Circuit Judicial Council, DCUSA and USDC, which was occurring during 2004-2005.
While the 6th Circuit was supposedly reviewing the misconduct and criminal activity in the circuit (Western District of Kentucky) [See second segment], the 2004 election was held. During this time period, counsel had been contacting the various state agencies/offices in Ohio concerning the criminal activity within the state. NO office or agency contacted within the state provided their functions and duties, and two sent refusals to supply their functions, duties and responsibilities to counsel. Those were transfered directly to the Sixth Circuit, via fax, as they were submitted, and as the refusals were received. As expected, the 6th Circuit Judicial Council covered up the criminal activities within it and the state, by affirming the prior dismissal of judicial misconduct by the chief judge Danny Boggs, who was also brought as respondent/defendant for review by the 6th Circuit Judicial Council.
The PDF format is used for these, as much of this material was submitted on CDROM to DCUSA and SCUSA, which require such for CM/ECF. Maurice was also in contact with CNN, New York Times [as noted in the pdf of email tracks], and other supposed News services after 11-02-04, sending them all materials as they were submitted to the offices, agencies and/or individuals in PDF. Moreover, email notices handle PDF attachments better than doc format. CAUTION: these are LARGE files.
Not uniquely, USDC had closed "public access" to the court files/record, pursuant these materials before the court, as of 01/10/05.
Proper procedures were followed. A request for forms was placed in DCUSA. USDC sent forms for use in that US court. Notice and complaint against clerk were sent concerning this intrusion by USDC. USDC magistrate Merz unlawfully intruded and filed the documents, but ordered them held in packet/enclosure until further order from USDC. Notice of modified action against magistrates and listed judges (USDC ORDER listing) in DCUSA and SCUSA.
After sending this Demand and request for answers to questions to DCUSA and SCUSA, the 6th Circuit affirmed the dismissal of judicial misconduct by the chief judge, several other judges or magistrates, and the circuit executive. These take you to the basic information briefings concerning American injustice, fraud, and other Acts, which Americans and the people of the world are being subjected. This volume contains the opening exhibition of the frauds, collusion, conspiracy and other which we are subjected to.
VOLUME II - Expose` of crimes 12/19/02
In Volume II, we explore certain elements discussed in Volume I in more detail. An opening discussion into the "contract aspects" of our lives, the "Constitutions" and other contracts (including statutory contracts, STATUTE BY-LAW, UCC ).
We also begin a deeper investigation into the media, propaganda, and other aspects.
Volume III- contains "legislative courts", Bouvier's Dictionary definitions, jurisdictional aspects, added comments, and other supporting documents.
This was, originally, a later support Volume, but was submitted with Volume VIII to counter activities occurring in America in 2004.
Volume III - Expose` of Crimes 2/26/04
Volume VIII contains Constitutional contract aspects with added comments, Amendments, and additional supporting materials. Obviously we are missing Volumes IV thru VII.
This Volume was also a support Volume to be submitted just before the Summation and Conclusion Volumes [not yet submitted anywhere]. However, activities in America, such as the attempt to add an Amendment to the national contract, necessitated its submission with the modified Volume III.
Volume VIII - Expose` of Crimes 02/25/04
Volume IV continues the investigation and
presentation of factual issues. Heavy on jurisdiction, gun
control, money issues. This was the last Volume submitted with
the Demand for Complaint filed against
the USDC judges and magistrate. After this
USDC judge Thomas B. Russell, dismissed the
case, Maurice contacted the U.S. Attorney's Office in
Louisville Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit
Appellate Court. Maurice submitted a Complaint
of judicial misconduct against the USDC
judge, and former judge and a magistrate pursuant the federal
cases which had been deliberately misjudged in apparent
conspiracy.
Submitted with misconduct complaint were these five Volumes of
the Expose` and numerous state and federal court
records/documents in support on CDROM.
Volume IV - Expose` of Crimes 03/15/04
Below are the gifs and files for the 2003 case, after which the matter was referred to Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judicial Council under misconduct complaint. Notice that this formal complaint exposed the active participation at the appellate level. This also contains the next two Volumes of the Expose`.
Volume V and Volume VI are the volumes which contains the brief of materials containing the various factors which were used in recent Supreme Court of The United States rulings concerning Americans here and abroad, and parties in Guantanamo Bay, or otherwise supposedly under U.S. control. So for all of you who do not believe we (the people) can make a difference or cause an end, you are wrong.
The link below also contains the Sixth Circuit judicial misconduct complaint, its dismissal, and next levels of review within the judiciary itself. In this, the evidence of apparent collusion and complicity at the appellate level is exposed.
After the intrusion of USDC additional Volumes and Complaint were prepared and submitted during the supposed investigation of judicial misconduct, which was fraudulently dismissed. __
Volume V contains a Summary of the criminal activities addressed in the Complaint pursuant the dismissal of the federal cases. Both were submitted to the Sixth Circuit Appellate Court for review in the Judicial misconduct complaints.
In this Volume, we address: two of the "new constitutions" we are supposedly under; Jon May [former IMF agent] statement concerning world domination of finance, economies, manipulation of Saudi Arabia by the IMF, World Bank and United States; other.
We further address liabilities of state and federal "agents and actors" for violations of law and rights; and, also address the false ratification of the 14th Amendment, and the ratification of the true 13th Amendment "Titles of Nobility and Honour".
Volume V - Expose` of Crimes 04/11/04
VOLUME VI contains more on jurisdiction, applicable federal Code, Kentucky and Ohio Statutes for use in prosecution of criminal activities. Also an in depth tax "Code" and "law" review with reason for tax, eg. "the payoff" for inflicting the tax upon the world.
Take due Notice of these facts, when you claim your children as deductions you:
1. sign them up as future taxpayers [You can not claim them unless a Social Security number or other tax number has been assigned.
2. receive your payment/payoff for doing so [the deduction and/or advanced earned income credit]. No? Yes, you have to tell IRS when they are no longer under your control [you are paying taxes for them and watching for tax evasion] so the IRS can monitor them for income and other taxes upon "age of maturity". You are working as a "paid" IRS agent in your own family.

Volume I Expose, discusses certain government intrusions into our private lives. Here is a link to a very REAL aspect. One that has been used for a considerable period of time. It discusses D.I.R.T., which is a Trojan style program (similar to Back Orifice, but far more dangerous) that the government has been using for years. NOTHING on any computer that connects to the Internet is safe. NO firewall, virus program, proxy, or other supposed "protection" detects it or removes it. Personal contact: Maurice contacted those providers to see if it did, their programs do not protect you. The general reply was "This is a government program.", if they replied at all.
Here is one PROGRAM, BUT THERE ARE MANY MORE, particularly with all the new "right of government" [police powers] to intrude into your now non-existent privacy due to 9-11, and the virtually "unlimited" monitoring of the people of the world. Anyone remember " Carnivore {an email scanning program used by government}".
